What do you dislike about Vitality?

Our company went under in spectacular fashion and Vitality immediately pulled the plug, taking hundreds of dollars in rewards from me- while I was already struggling. The cherry on top is I'm still on the hook for the watch when my rewards would've easily covered it. I wouldn't recommend Vitality to my worst enemy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Vitality solving and how is that benefiting you?

Motivation to go get some exercise..or watch a current video on important health issues..or meditate with the free membership..with business the word has spread very quickly.

-Rates for this product are very competitive

-Amazon Prime membership paid for after 3 years of hitting a goal (I received this award of 119.00 last year and they just paid this again, so 3rd and 4th year. They will keep paying this as I hit my annual goals, not tough)

-Every policy comes with free Fitbit w/ heart rate monitor or Amazon Halo device OR option to buy latest series Apple watch for 25.00 plus tax (I’m on my 3rd apple watch now, the 7 series). The halo is more like a thin band, no clock but has all the other health tracking abilities and comes with 3 years of membership.

-After every 10 days you have 30 minutes of exercise total over the day you get to spin to win. You will either get Vitality points or quite often get $5, $10 or $15 amazon or starbucks money (my choice)

-Up to $600 savings annually for buying healthy foods at many participating grocers, City Market is just one (at checkout open the app and have clerk scan bar code for extra savings)

-Cost of the insurance policy can go down every year (mine has gone down every year, 4 in row so far)

-After obtaining platinum level in the year you will have up to 4 chances per month to get rewarded with Amazon, Starbucks money or vitality points – one time a month a chance at 250.00 amazon card

(so far with all the perks here I’ve hit an average pay back of about 30/month)

-Up to 25% off hotel stays through Expedia up to the first $1,000 of your total spend

-Discounts and rewards at Amazon, iTunes, REI, Royal Caribbean International and more (I just purchased a 100 dollar REI card for 85 dollars then took advantage of REI’s own membership discounts)

-25-40% discount for devices Garmin, Fitbit, Polar (there are some great deals here on devices, I’ve checked the costs vs online) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Vitality is a complete sham"

What do you like best about Vitality?

I have found nothing useful about Vitality. It is simply a third party sham sold to the company I work for in order to promise health credits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vitality?

The software is complete garbage. They do not send any emails reminding you of deadlines, so the one and only service it provides - assessing for health credits - doesn't function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Absolutely ZERO customer support. If you have an issue, you are completely on your own.

Their phone number 877-244-7117 has nothing but ads. You listen for at least 5 minutes and then get disconnected.

No email.

No chat.

What do you like best about Vitality?

The most helpful aspect of Vitality is its ability to integrate with 3rd party apps. I use Apple Health, Runkeeper, Lose It!, StrongLifts, and Renpho smart scale in conjunction with Vitality to track my health and gather all my points in one location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vitality?

Some of the features are tricky to use. It's not always clear how to earn points with some of the categories. The phone app has less features than the desktop website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ace Accountability with this Software!"

What do you like best about Vitality?

Vitality tracks everything from activity (easily links to your Smartwatch, phone, etc.) to your biometric screening results. The program encourages daily activity and has attainable rewards no matter your goal. It's an awesome tool to motivate self-growth and it's incredibly easy to navigate. What do you dislike about Vitality?

Some aspects- and earnable points in the program are specifically linked to weight loss. As a member not actively seeking weight loss, it's frustrating to "lose out" on points simply because I am healthy enough at my current weight not to need that added feature.
