VISULOX Remote Support Reviews & Product Details

VISULOX provides secure remote desktop access to servers, workstations and OT systems through one central, browser-based gateway - no VPN, no client installation, no endpoint agents. Admins and external vendors work via RDP, SSH and other protocols while a protocol break prevents any direct network connection to the target infrastructure. Granular controls decide who may connect to which system, when and for how long; every session is attributed to one identified person, recorded as tamper-proof video and fully auditable. Supervisors can watch live, intervene or terminate sessions instantly. Deployed in under 2 days into on-prem, cloud or hybrid environments, VISULOX scales to 1,000+ concurrent users and supports NIS2, ISO 27001, KRITIS and GDPR compliance. Developed in Germany and Switzerland, it is the EU-sovereign remote desktop gateway for 450+ IT teams, including Vodafone, Merck and Thyssengas.
