They asked excellent questions, had me pick out all my options (photos, fonts, layouts), and made changes as I reviewed the website's initial build. It was easy to attach my custom URL, and they had good widgets. **What do you dislike about Vistaprint Digital?** The website build, once I accepted their original build, was not easy to do anything. Especially the blog option. Probably because I'm used to the way blogs work on blogger and WordPress, but gah! I was so frustrated over how difficult it was to make changes that I moved the whole site to WordPress and canceled my service with Vistaprint Digital. **What problems is Vistaprint Digital solving and how is that benefiting you?** I just wanted to have an easy author website. In the end, there weren't many benefits for me, as I could not update the site and wasted so much time and effort. ### 4. Many features were customizable and easy to use and figure out without training. **What do you dislike about Vistaprint Digital?** There seemed to be a little glitch where a graphic I inserted reverted back to the old one I had been using. There are several formats to choose from, depending on your type of business. I like that it is very easy for me to make changes to the website, even from my phone! I also appreciate the website analytics and SEO option. **What do you dislike about Vistaprint Digital?** There are other website builders that are more customizable for businesses. For example, we have an application on our website but it is not possible for users to upload photos or documents that we request, so they must take an additional step and email us those files. However, for the price of the website this is something we can deal with. **Recommendations to others considering Vistaprint Digital:** Compare to other website builders before committing. I also like all of the statistics. **What do you dislike about Vistaprint Digital?** It requires Flash Player for some of the features I needed, and my Mac doesn't use Flash. I also started to seem a little dated in design. **Recommendations to others considering Vistaprint Digital:** It's not terrible... VP served me for many years... it just wasn't working for me anymore with Flash being used and was also pretty glitchy as well. It was really hard to get my domain name back when I made the switch too... which wasn't great. But if you just need something quick and easy it's okay.... **What problems is Vistaprint Digital solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed a website for my business and I was able to build one through Vistaprint. I was actually with them for years before I switched.
