What do you like best about Virtel Web Access?

With Virtel being browser based and mainframe hosted, we have eliminated one of our most time-consuming issues and maintenance headaches. By keeping system access within the mainframe area, we are more readily able to assist our customers. The cost savings are only amplified by the multitude of functions provided by Virtel that allowed us to eliminate other products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Virtel Web Access?
