Vight Reviews & Product Details

Vight AI eliminates the manual documentation burden that eats into MSP profitability. Built for managed service providers, Vight records and transcribes phone calls, meetings, and hands-on or remote support sessions, then automatically generates time entries, detailed work notes, and documentation that gets written directly into your PSA and documentation tools. Vight integrates natively with ConnectWise, Autotask, and HaloPSA, and works across leading phone systems including RingCentral, 8x8, and Dialpad. Generated notes write back to IT Glue, Hudu, and SharePoint, so technician knowledge stays captured and searchable instead of living in someone's head or a missed ticket. Beyond time capture, Vight adds queue management, sentiment analysis, and profitability dashboards, giving MSP owners visibility into which techs, clients, and engagements are actually making money. Every call is automatically recorded for compliance, with no extra fee and no third-party recording software required, closing a gap most Teams-based and PBX setups leave open. MSPs using Vight report dramatic reductions in manual ticket creation. One mid-size MSP saw AI-generated tickets replace roughly 90% of what a dispatcher previously created by hand. Pricing is token-based across three tiers ($550, $950, and $1,650/month), with every feature available at every tier, so there's no gated functionality to upgrade into. A free first month and no long-term contract make it easy to trial against a real book of clients before committing. Vight is built by former MSP operators who understand the workflow from the inside, not a generic call-recording tool retrofitted for the channel.
