Viewfield Reviews & Product Details

Viewfield is a market intelligence platform for marketing teams. It monitors a company's competitors, its market and its own customer conversations, keeps the company's positioning current against that evidence, and delivers a short daily brief that tells marketing what changed, what it means, and what to do about it. It sits in the competitive and market intelligence category, is built for the marketing side of the business rather than for sales enablement, and runs without an analyst, a curator or anything to configure. The typical user is a head of marketing, a product marketer or a founder running marketing with no competitive-intelligence headcount. Agencies run the same daily read for each client in its own workspace. The primary use cases are keeping up with competitor moves without working a feed, understanding what customers are actually saying across the CRM, recorded calls and support desk, deciding what marketing should say next, and turning that decision into planned, published work with a record of what happened after. Setup is signing up and pasting the company website. Viewfield drafts the competitor list, the audiences and the positioning from the site, the user corrects what needs correcting, and the first brief arrives the following morning. Main features: - Nightly market reading. Competitor pricing and messaging pages are diffed daily; launches, posts, communities, news, hiring and what AI answer engines cite are read alongside them. Customer conversations from connected sources are paraphrased and counted into Insights with receipts; no contact profiles are stored. The result is one ranked edition a day. - The Daily Brief. Three items every morning, a market move, a customer read and a position check, each as the fact with its sources, what it means, where the company's position stands, and the action it warrants. It arrives in the app and in Slack, and a quiet day produces a short brief. - Positioning kept current. Every territory the category argues over is scored from evidence. When the evidence and the approved position disagree, a drift finding arrives with a one-click proposal. Every action taken is recorded as a dated Decision. - Projects and publishing. Acting on a brief item opens a project already planned for its kind, such as a positioning refresh, a launch or a competitive response. Agents handle research, strategy, drafting and QA in the company's own voice; a named person approves; the work publishes through existing social, blog and email channels; seventy-two hours later the outcome is reported back. - Open to your own tools. Every capability is also available through an MCP server. Viewfield does not produce battlecards, sales enablement content, images or video. Pricing is by competitors tracked, with self-serve Solo, Team and Scale plans that start with a fourteen-day free trial and no credit card.
