Unlike platforms we havent encountered any freezing or interface issues. Vidyo is suitable, for businesses. **What do you dislike about Vidyo Platform?** when it comes to business meetings specifically the platform lacks smothness which restricts its usability. **What problems is Vidyo Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vidyo Platform solves the issue of communication by providing a convenient solution. It has had a impact on our operations by enabling us to easily connect and collaborate with colleagues and clients . Thanks, to this platform we no longer have to worry about travel arrangements. ### 2. Technical support was also not the greatest experience at the onset. **What problems is Vidyo Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used Vidyo primarily to connect via video conference to our investors, owners, and asset managers at the Senior Leadership level. Vidyo allowed us to brand our conference tool so it could add credibility to our organization in our communications. ### 3. It has the most effective channel for improving customer engagement and solving all your requests. Making live video is the best thing. Meet all needs   and being able to chat live with our customers greatly improves relationships and strengthens ties with our customers. **What do you dislike about Vidyo Platform?** I have nothing negative to declare. Because it meets our needs very well **Recommendations to others considering Vidyo Platform:** Group interactive videos in your apps have great quality and security that is critical to all apps. Meet all needs   and being able to chat live with our customers greatly improves relationships and strengthens ties with our customers. **What problems is Vidyo Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** The venture has been growing a lot, and we were having a hard time meeting the needs of our customers. With this tool our work has been improving a lot. Today we are able to serve our customers with quality, and hold live meetings. ### 7. The limit of users in a single meeting seemed to be an issue for us at the end. **Recommendations to others considering Vidyo Platform:** Great if you have smaller meetings.
