Has been very good system overall to use and integrate. **What do you dislike about Vetsource?** Has connection issues from time to time and can be glitchy. Maybe it's just the internet the location has. **What problems is Vetsource solving and how is that benefiting you?** helps bring everything under one platform with ordering and inventory. ### 3. It's easy to use for our clients and our staff. The support we receive from our account manager is also a plus. **What do you dislike about Vetsource?** There is not a lot to dislike about Vetsource. It was a challenge at first as we were getting started with training staff on using a new platform. Maybe some more hands-on training would have been helpful at the beginning. **What problems is Vetsource solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using Vetsource has helped us give our clients another option to shop online for a wider variety of items to purchase. We like recommending Vetsource for the items we do not have in stock. ### 4. Any issues that I have had were for the most part resolved promptly and courteously. When we have client concerns they work to address them. **What do you dislike about Vetsource?** When they get new products they have had some communication issues in getting it out to the whole company. Last year they began to carry a special pet feeding system that opened with the pets microchip. I had to call every day for a couple days before they knew how to handle the ordering and it wasn't available online. Their we b platform seems to also be slightly cumbersome and glitchy. **Recommendations to others considering Vetsource:** It is a great company to work with. **What problems is Vetsource solving and how is that benefiting you?** Clients like the idea of online pharmacies, so having a pharmacy we can work with directly has been great. It enables us to still receive revenue for pharmaceutical products that we lose to other companies. ### 5. Auto ship option is great for people who may otherwise forget to give monthly preventative **What do you dislike about Vetsource?** Hard time getting logged in when someone logs out. Occasionally approval process for compounded medications **Recommendations to others considering Vetsource:** Easy to use as long as you can get everyone to implement it **What problems is Vetsource solving and how is that benefiting you?** Clients can still get what they want without having inventory take up space and possibly expire ### 6. They carry just about everything a client would need. **What do you dislike about Vetsource?** We could never get clients on board to use it. They prefered going to CVS for their pets medication. **Recommendations to others considering Vetsource:** If you are going to pick between Vetsource and Vets First Choice, Vetsource is a great deal more user friendly for staff and clients. **What problems is Vetsource solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. We make little or no money from it. ### 7.
