Vessel has made LP relations and fund operations far more efficient. Capital calls that used to take hours can now be deployed in minutes, and the interface is intuitive for both our team and LPs. Honestly, nothing. The team is constantly iterating and adding new features to improve the product and make it more robust. I used Vessel while participating in an SPV and found it really streamlined the process. The platform is easy to use and is an excellent platform to communicate with LPs. We have used the platform to set up 3 SPVs which included a data room with presentations, automated NDAs and subscription agreements and reporting metrics. The customer support has been incredible.
