  ### 1. Vessel Doubled Our Co-Invest Volume with Personalized LP Dashboards

**What do you like best about Vessel?**

Since we started using Vessel, we've doubled our co-invest volume, which has been a huge unlock for us.

The biggest thing for me is that each of our LPs has their own personalized dashboard where they can see their deployed capital, their called capital, and all their documents. So when they call us, we can tailor the conversation to them right away. And on our side, we can actually see who's engaging with our materials, which means we're spending our time following up with the LPs who are genuinely interested.

**What do you dislike about Vessel?**

Very little. The team really listens, and pretty much every piece of feedback we've shared has either already been shipped or is being actively built.

**What problems is Vessel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vessel has really fixed two big things for us. The first is LP reporting. Before, we'd send out quarterly reports by email, and they were the same for every LP, no personalization. Now every LP has their own dashboard with metrics that correspond to their investment, which has made our IR conversations so much more productive.

The second is co-invest. We used to run our SPVs over email, phone calls, and even WhatsApp, which meant we could really only offer co-invest to LPs we already knew. Once we moved everything onto Vessel, we were able to open co-invest up to a much wider pool of investors, and that's how we doubled our volume. It's also become a top-of-funnel for the main fund, because a lot of co-invest LPs will jump on a Vessel page, get excited about a company, and then come back to us asking about the fund.

**What do you like best about Vessel?**

Vessel has made LP relations and fund operations far more efficient. Capital calls that used to take hours can now be deployed in minutes, and the interface is intuitive for both our team and LPs. The Vessel team is also extremely responsive and continues to iterate quickly based on feedback.

**What do you dislike about Vessel?**

Honestly, nothing. The team is constantly iterating and adding new features to improve the product and make it more robust. We’re excited to see further enhancements to portfolio reporting to streamline quarterly and annual reporting, but the product is clearly evolving in the right direction.

**What problems is Vessel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Vessel for LP communications, reporting, document management, fundraising, and capital calls. It’s saved us meaningful internal time, reduced LP troubleshooting through a self-serve experience, and made updates and content sharing much easier and more transparent.

**What do you like best about Vessel?**

I think Vessel is really easy to use, both in the backend and the user interface. It's super modern, and the UI and UX are both great, making it extremely intuitive. It's fast, and any changes you make are visible right away. Although it's semi-flexible, it's still a great platform. Also, the initial setup was super easy thanks to the super responsive and great customer service team.

**What do you dislike about Vessel?**

I would say it's the sections where we build out company profiles that could be more flexible. More types of content, a bit more flexibility. The second thing is that we want the ability to hide the content hub. And another thing is that we want to add more information to our investor's profile, like the Vessel passport. We want to be able to capture interests beyond just the basic information.

**What problems is Vessel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vessel makes fundraising more seamless and modern for our investors. It's very intuitive to use and simplifies our back office tasks.

**What do you like best about Vessel?**

I used Vessel while participating in an SPV and found it really streamlined the process. Having the data room, capital call details, subscription agreement, and all the various documents in one place avoided the usual email back-and-forth and made it easy to see what was required. The platform is simple and intuitive, so reviewing materials and completing the paperwork didn’t take much time. Everything felt organized and easy to follow.

Honestly, nothing stood out. The platform did what it was supposed to do and made the process straightforward

**What problems is Vessel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes away a lot of the back-and-forth that usually comes with these kind of transactions. Everything is in one place so it makes it easier to simply review what I needed without extra follow ups. All in all, it just makes a seamless experience

Easy to use and saves a ton of time. It is claer for LPs to use and for GPs to manage their funds.
The customer support is top notch.

Extracting some data can be made more intutitive and structured

As a GP it makes our LPs interactions seamlesss and reduces admin time. LPs like the platform for to access the funds they have invested in. Basically better operations for all.

**What do you like best about Vessel?**

I recently used Vessel as part of an investment I made in an early-stage VC fund, and the experience was excellent.

Everything is streamlined and fully virtualized, which means I didn’t have to dig through 50 different documents to get things done.

The UX is genuinely strong. The platform consolidates everything you need in one place and just works.

What really stood out is the sense of VIP treatment for LPs. Vessel delivers a level of polish and care that’s rare in this space and clearly differentiates itself from the broken, fragmented experiences LPs are usually stuck with.

If you want a modern, LP-first investment experience, Vessel sets a new bar.

**What do you like best about Vessel?**

I really like how simple and intuitive the user experience is for LPs, it helps reduce their questions and gives them more control over access to information. Using Vessel saves us time and keeps our documents organized in a way that's easy for us and our LPs, while also providing a level of security and control over access, minimizing errors. Setting it up was quite easy as the team was helpful and onboarding through a CSV was straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Vessel?**

The platform could be developed further so I can create custom emails with embedded LP information directly within the platform, without needing extra workarounds.

**What problems is Vessel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Vessel to organize documents and fund-level metrics, improving time management and organization. It provides security and access control, reducing errors. The user experience is intuitive, cutting down on LP questions and giving them control over access.

**What do you like best about Vessel?**

The platform is easy to use and is an excellent platform to communicate with LPs.  We have used the platform to set up 3 SPVs which included a data room with presentations, automated NDAs and subscription agreements and reporting metrics.  The customer support has been incredible.

**What do you dislike about Vessel?**

Not much to complain about. The product has matured over time, most features are simple to use and the bugs have been fixed.

**What problems is Vessel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform is incredibly flexible.  We use it as a data repository for documents where LPs can login to everything in one place.  LPs can also view all their capital calls, distributions and fund performance in one place.  This provides a huge time savings for our team and LPs are delighted by the platform.

**What do you like best about Vessel?**

I like how Vessel streamlines painful processes such as KYC, onboarding, and reporting. It's easy to use and has a nice look and feel, which makes it appealing. I really value the investor portal and reporting tools. We switched from Tylia because of the bad user experience, and Vessel is way better, providing a much more detailed platform. The initial setup was easy, which was another great point.

**What do you dislike about Vessel?**

Nothing really. We are working with them on specific needs linked to jurisdiction-related requirements, specifically LCB-FT scoring of investors.

Vessel streamlines painful processes like KYC, onboarding, and reporting, improving GP-LP relationships.

**What do you like best about Vessel?**

Unreal customer service. Does not feel like we are working with a software vendor, rather an internal team member who is always trying to provide OUR LPs with the best possible experience.

**What do you dislike about Vessel?**

Very little if anything. The user experience continues to evolve and as soon as I flag an issue it seems to be ironed out within a quarter.

**What problems is Vessel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LP communication - saving me and our team a remarkable amount of time on lead nurturing, LP commitment tracking, closing, managing our SPVs and most importantly managing our ongoing reporting.

**What do you like best about Vessel?**

I love that Vessel is an excellent service and that the platform is super easy to use. It is easily adaptable to our reality, which is very convenient. The initial installation was very simple, and the Vessel team greatly supported us.

**What do you dislike about Vessel?**

The size of the documents, I would like to be able to upload videos to presentations but the platform does not allow it yet.

I use Vessel to establish close and professional tracking with our investors, centralizing all the information about our investments.
