Vendio is an AI shopping assistant for online retailers that helps shoppers discover, compare and choose products through conversational interactions. Vendio uses a retailer’s product catalogue and product information to understand shopper questions, provide relevant product guidance, explain differences between options and support customers through purchase decisions. Shoppers can ask questions in their own words and receive responses based on their needs and the retailer’s product information. Vendio can support use cases such as product discovery, product comparison, recommendations and decision support within the online shopping experience.
