VermieterNavi Reviews & Product Details

VermieterNavi is rental property management software for private landlords with 1 to 50 rental units and for small property managers in Switzerland. Rent roll per property, monthly rent charges and one-click payment entry, open rents with payment reminders, rental deposits and notice dates at a glance. The tenant file keeps the lease, notices and documents as scans or photos. A reference-rate calculator suggests rent adjustments based on the Swiss mortgage reference rate and consumer price index; the annual overview shows rental income and vacancies. No subscription: buy VermieterNavi once (from CHF 390). It runs offline in the browser on Windows and Mac, with no user account and no cloud – all data stays on your computer. Add-on modules: service charge statement, annual statement & taxes, Swiss QR payment slips, advanced reminders and handover protocol. A separate licence covers agencies with several owners.
