How much does Vercel cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, Vercel pricing in 2026 starts at $20.00. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the Vercel's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is Vercel pricing best suited for?

Vercel's pricing structure suits a wide range of users depending on scale. G2 reviewers from the small business segment, including students, freelancers, and solo developers, consistently report the Hobby tier covers their needs entirely. The Pro plan at $20/month is most frequently praised by small agencies, full-stack developers, and early-stage startups in computer software and financial services who need team collaboration, higher function limits, and email support. G2 mid-market reviewers in IT and marketing highlight Vercel's value for Next.js-heavy frontend teams prioritizing deployment speed and preview workflows. Enterprise is best suited for teams requiring SSO, SLAs, and dedicated support, particularly in regulated or high-traffic environments.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Vercel?

Vercel's Hobby tier is free and covers CLI deployments, built-in CI/CD, automatic HTTPS, and preview deployments per git push, making it sufficient for personal and non-commercial projects. G2 reviewers consistently note the Hobby tier's limits on bandwidth, build minutes, and serverless function execution become noticeable as projects scale. Vercel's Pro plan at $20/month adds up to 1TB bandwidth, unlimited function requests, 1000 GB-hours of execution, team commenting on previews, and email support. Enterprise unlocks SSO/SAML, enhanced observability, isolated build infrastructure, and dedicated SLAs. G2 users frequently cite team collaboration features and analytics depth as the primary drivers for upgrading from Hobby to Pro.

Is Vercel considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers rate Vercel highly overall, with most giving 4.5 to 5 stars despite frequent pricing complaints, signaling a premium tool that delivers on its promises. The Hobby tier is widely praised as genuinely generous, with multiple G2 reviewers, including students, solo developers, and small agencies, reporting running production sites at zero cost. The Pro plan at $20/month earns strong ROI endorsements from solo developers who note it replaces separate hosting, CDN, SSL, and CI/CD costs. The recurring concern across G2 reviews is unpredictable cost scaling, particularly for serverless function invocations and bandwidth, and the per-seat billing model, which several reviewers flag as expensive for growing teams.

What do you dislike about Vercel?

Vercel pricing is a bit too expensive, but considering the Value they provide, it's a steal. V0 is too much based on shadcn design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ok product, terrible customer service"
0/5
What do you like best about Vercel?

Their product does what it’s made to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vercel?

If you want customer service, theirs is non existent. You have to wait 3-4 weeks for an email (they don’t have a chat or phone number) and if you don’t respond within 2 days they close your file and you have to wait 3-4 weeks again. I was unhappy with the product and wanted to cancel, which I did, and was somehow still getting charged by them. They expected me to eat the cost of getting charged for a subscription I already cancelled while waiting for their customer service response. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered, and I’m quite surprised by their ratings in general Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
