VendorLoop Reviews & Product Details

VendorLoop is an SMS marketing and customer retention platform built specifically for vendors who sell in person, including food trucks, farmers market vendors, pop up shops, and craft fair sellers. It helps vendors turn one-time shoppers into repeat customers by giving them simple tools to capture customer phone numbers at events and stay in touch after the market ends. With VendorLoop, vendors can collect subscribers using QR codes, text keywords, and mobile signup links. Once customers join, vendors can send text updates about upcoming markets, weekly schedules, pop ups, promotions, and product drops. The platform is designed around the way event-based businesses actually operate, making it easy to build a customer list while selling face to face and then bring those customers back later. VendorLoop also includes event scheduling tools, automated reminder texts, email campaigns, and optional payment capture features. Vendors can add upcoming events to their calendar, automate reminders before markets, and manage their subscriber growth from one dashboard. Features like text-to-join and location-aware texting help vendors capture more customers and send more relevant updates without adding extra work. Unlike generic SMS marketing tools that are built for ecommerce brands or large marketing teams, VendorLoop is focused on the needs of small, mobile businesses that rely on weekend traffic, local events, and repeat attendance. It is built to be simple, practical, and easy to use for vendors who need results, not complexity.
