As a small insurance firm in Toronto, we regularly handle client information, policy documents, and claims files. VegaCrypt gives us an easy way to send these files securely without making the process complicated for our staff or clients. I also like that we can control access and set files to expire automatically. **What do you dislike about VegaCrypt?** We’d like to see more integrations with the insurance and CRM tools we use every day. **What problems is VegaCrypt solving and how is that benefiting you?** VegaCrypt helps me securely send sensitive client information, including insurance applications, policy documents, identification, and claims files. This is especially important in Canada, where businesses must protect personal information under privacy laws such as PIPEDA. Using encrypted transfers, controlled access, and automatic file expiration helps reduce the risk of information being sent to the wrong person or remaining available longer than necessary. It gives me more confidence that I am handling client data responsibly while keeping the process simple for both my staff and clients. ### 2. Good AI assistant that is helpful, responsive, and easy to use. **What do you dislike about VegaCrypt?** There is not much to dislike.
