I really like how Vector EHS serves as a digital paper trail to keep us OSHA compliant. The autopilot OSHA compliance feature is the strongest as it auto-decides if incidents are recordable and organizes logs like 300, 301, 300A, etc. It's great using the mobile app for field inspections—snapping photos of hazards and assigning fixes on-site is much better than the old clipboard method. The offline capability is a lifesaver during site walks, syncing once back in range ensures no data is lost. The closed-loop corrective actions feature, which automatically assigns tasks to specific supervisors with due dates, takes away the hassle of manual follow-ups and is excellent for accountability. The UI feels outdated and heavy compared to modern apps. Navigating through several layers of menus to find a specific report is slow and cumbersome. The search functionality requires exact keywords, making it painful to use if terms aren't precise. There are very limited customization options available for admins. I like that Vector EHS is easy to use while still being powerful, which lets me manage workplace health and safety compliance effectively. Thanks to the Vector EHS program, it has provided us with great convenience in our environmental, health and safety management processes. It was also very important to have user file screens. Thus, our team used it easily and without even training. The customization feature of the software also gave us flexibility. And it was important for us that we could always get technical support. We were generally satisfied, but sometimes we had difficulty using complex features, albeit rarely. We later realized that we could not use all of its features. For this reason, sometimes it may be good to remind the company about the areas that we do not use. And of course the prices are a bit high, it would be nice if they provide flexibility for that. I have managed Vector EHS for over 400 employees for four years. Vectors' ability to group employees, pull reports based on specific criteria, and track progress makes my job much easier. Using the system as an administrator has a learning curve, but overall is very user-friendly. Any questions I have had, Vectors customer service has been quick to respond. On the employee side, Vector's mobile app simplifies everyday tasks. Employees can complete inspections, incident reports and observations in the field from their phones. Right now, we do not use the JSA section of Vector EHS. The main reason is that employees still find it more efficient to use paper/PDF JSAs to adjust and customize each job task. We also hope to be able to complete training through the app soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Frontline managers can enter incidents, hazards, or inspections. Sr. level managers are alerted. Safety Manager can perform investigations. Multiple sites are rolled up into one dashboard. There are some nuances with the system that need improvement, like not being able to easily schedule and maintain routine inspections.
