## About Vecility
Vecility is a platform for courier agencies and package forwarding operations running the United States to Latin America corridor. It covers the full cycle: mailbox assignment, purchase pre-alerts, scan-based warehouse receiving, consolidation, master bill, and invoicing in your customers' local currency with a configurable exchange rate. Each agency runs under its own brand, with an installable app for its end customers, push notifications and automated email. Air and ocean billing are configured per agency, with an adjustable volumetric divisor and tiered weight pricing. It includes Elisa, an AI assistant that answers customer questions about package status and invoices. It does not replace the support team: it handles the repetitive questions and shows your WhatsApp contact for the rest. Pricing is published on the website, from 85 USD per month (72 on annual billing). Every plan includes every feature; what changes is package volume. No per-user or per-registered-customer fees.
