Their design work is excellent. **What do you dislike about Vault Innovation?** It's expensive compared to freelancers on Upwork. **Recommendations to others considering Vault Innovation:** Spend the money upfront to choose them rather than go back and correct. Their team is helpful and clear on what they will do and no surprises on billing. **What problems is Vault Innovation solving and how is that benefiting you?** I had used freelance programmers for about a year and a half. I wanted help with the business model and creating better UI/UX design. We spent a day in person and then zoom calls thereafter to review the product. Vault provided a framework for developing a new product and developed the initial website for sales of the product. This group is very professional and easy to work with. Also, inquire about their other services as they not only helped us build a custom program, Vault also redesigned our website! **What problems is Vault Innovation solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vault helped us create a custom program to streamline our workflow process. I was very impressed by how much they had been able to accomplish without a dedicated person helping manage the product roadmap. Once I did come on board, working with Vault has been very smooth.
