**What do you like best about Vartana, a Capchase company?**

The most helpful part of using Vartana is the Widget in SFDC and the Instant Credit Check on the Customer. This has allowed our sales reps the flexibility to offer payment terms of quarterly or monthly and even if the customer decides not to finance it gives my cllections team a Credit Check.

**What do you dislike about Vartana, a Capchase company?**

I would like vartana tp expand beyond just the United States as we have customers in EMEA, APAC and Canada that would like to do financing as well and we are currently unable to offer that as a solution

**What problems is Vartana, a Capchase company solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vartana is helping us say yes to the customer more often for special payment terms and removing any speed bumps for sales buy removing the additional approvals needed in order to offer these special payment terms as well as inceases our cash flow by getting us paid in a few days versus over several quarters.

**What do you like best about Vartana, a Capchase company?**

The process was super easy and took only a couple minutes to fill out form AND get initial approval. I loved the Tracking Tool to see what my client was filling out and viewing. My clients told me the process was super easy to complete and my partners got paid on the deal immediately. The Vartana Team was also super responsive to questions and helpful throughout.

Some of the verbiage could change slightly to help understand the process better. (User facing not client facing)

Offers customers a quick and easy way to finance deals.

**What do you like best about Vartana, a Capchase company?**

Expedites the 3rd party financing process in some cases almost 10-fold. They will let you know whether or not they are qualified before you ever speak with anyone. They also allow for some unique and creative deals.

**What do you dislike about Vartana, a Capchase company?**

The downside of Vartana would be that companies are not always approved for financing in their network but are approved by other 3rd Party Financiers we work with. But I believe that is not in Vartana's control. Vartana's subsidy rate is sometimes higher due to ease of use but in many cases I've had their subsidy be cheaper than other options.

**What problems is Vartana, a Capchase company solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vartana allows our company to get cash upfront while our customers are still allowed to pay monthly over our multi-year contracts. This creates a win-win for both parties.

**What do you like best about Vartana, a Capchase company?**

Vartana is the financial solution to accelerate and close your deals! Vartana is so easy to use, I click once and immediately have a customer-facing proposal and approved terms. Since I have started using Vartana, I always include an option for financing and cash when presenting proposals to clients, giving myself the ability to submit proposals with a yes or yes, instead of a no or yes. 

Highly recommend to any tech company looking to increase their close percentages and increase customer spend. 

Final note, Vartana and team, is excellent! Great sellers that understand the sales process and bring additional value and expertise to complicated enterprise-level sales.

**What do you dislike about Vartana, a Capchase company?**

Understand the methodology behind it, but wish they were somewhat more transparent with finacing terms with sellers. Also have had a few companies denied by Vartana, that received approvals from other financers.

Generating quick financial agreements for large tech sales.

Ability to immediately get financed quote to customer

No back and forth, no waiting for next email/answer

Easy, quick, clear sign+close process

I haven't found anything yet. I'll continue to check rates to be sure they're competitive but so far they have either been equal or better to comp.

**What problems is Vartana, a Capchase company solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vartana makes it easier for my customers to purchase Security solutions that they need now but do not currently have budget to pay for up front. They make financing process simple and efficient whereas, in my experience, the financing piece, through other parties, typically slows down the sales process by days and can often introduce confusion into the process as well.

**What do you like best about Vartana, a Capchase company?**

I love the team at Vartana and how responsive and committed they are to getting things done quickly and correctly. My company recently bought Vartana to help wtih monthly and quarterly payments and I immediately had a request from a customer I was trying to close for quarterly payments. Vartana gave me immediate approval for financing to share with the customer within minutes and then managed the signature process for me. I have to admit, I was hesitatant to use a vendor in this process because I did not want it to slow down the cycle, but Vartana was extremely fast and accomodating. Love this feature for my customers and this team!

Nothing so far! My experience so far has been great

Some customers want monthly or quarterly paymetns and my finance team does not support that. We have brought in Vartana to offer this at a financing cost to now be able to offer this to customers.

Super easy to use! I love that I can log in and view updates on a minute by minute basis to see where the prospect is in signing their documents.

Nothing to report as of yet. Super easy to use.

Saving me time. With other 3rd party vendors you are required to type up and email, ect. With Vartana, we can go straight through salesforce and update everything.

Great tool to make closing deals as quick and user-friendly as possible. All it takes is one click and usually have financing options within minutes.

Not many issues at all! There are some minor growing pains but they listen to their customers and take feedback well.

Most third-party finance companies are old school and have long turnaround times. Vartana does a great job in modernizing the process and making it easy.

Major upside to using Vartana. The software is straightforward to use and understand, and the people of Vartana are incredible to work with and extremely helpful. As someone who didn't have a lot of experience in putting financing options together, the Vartana team made it make sense for me and helped me to put it in front of my customer. I will be using Vartana again!

I couldn't come up with any issues! Vartana is an incredible team that I will be utilizing again. The only thing I might add is that the SFDC tool could be slightly more user friendly

**What problems is Vartana, a Capchase company solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My customer needed to see payment options to make their purchase make more sense from a budgetary perspective. While they were able to make my customer happy with their options of payment, but they also helped me to bring in more revenue.

No downsides, but with Marketplace emerging in more tech companies, there is some competition for monthly/quarterly payments.

I love the ability to start the credit process with the press of a button. The fact that I can create customer facing documents in a matter of seconds really expedites our process.
