The customer service post-implementation has been very solid, as well. ValidSoft has reached out multiple times after we've gone live to make sure their product is working well for us and if we have any questions. It's been a smooth rollout. **What do you dislike about ValidSoft VIP Voice Identity Platform?** There is not much that we "dislike" - I will say that trying to increase our enrollment rate has been difficult. We'd have really appreciated some assistance in how this has been marketed in the past, but not much was provided. Still working through this. The original CX model we had deployed was awkward in that the call center agent had to take a pause from service to authenticate the user through traditional means. With VIP, a user is already pre-authenticated, saving valuable time and resources. ValidSoft VIP is also able to find and analyze fraudulent calls and mark them for review, reducing the dataset analyzed by fraud teams. ### 6.
