Valeria HR Reviews & Product Details

Valeria HR is an AI-native payroll and HR platform designed for Spanish companies with high employee turnover like hospitality, transport, cleaning, retail, and sports sectors. We replace the traditional gestoría (HR advisory firm) entirely: not software that helps your gestoría, but the gestoría itself. The problem we solve: Companies with blue-collar workforces face the same pain every month: expensive HR advisories that charge too much, take too long to respond, and are unavailable outside office hours. Managing employee onboarding and offboarding manually is slow, error-prone, and scales poorly as the team grows. How Valeria works: Valeria automates payroll, Social Security contributions, employee registrations (altas) and terminations (bajas) through a WhatsApp-native interface, no new software to learn, no steep onboarding curve. HR managers and business owners simply message Valeria as they would a human advisor, and our AI handles the rest: validated, compliant, and confirmed in minutes. Key capabilities include: - Employee altas and bajas processed in under 2 minutes via WhatsApp - Automated payroll with zero calculation errors - Real-time employee status visibility, no more chasing your advisor for updates - 24/7 availability, process an alta at 11pm on a Sunday, no problem - Human oversight, our CS team supervises every AI action for compliance and accuracy Why companies switch to Valeria: - Cheaper than a traditional gestoría on average - Zero churn, once clients switch, they don't go back - Fast onboarding, Valeria manages the migration from your current provider - Built specifically for high-rotation sectors where every minute of admin time costs money
