The implementation process was a breeze. It allows us to see exactly whose on PTO, WFH and when. It's cut down on people wondering where others are or contacting people when they're out.

Customer help was also very supportive and helpful when we made the switch from Slack to Teams. They offered to transfer the data over for us and provided a clear, attainable route to get everything set up without a lag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Vacation Tracker helped eliminate manual tracking and provided a centralized location to request, review and approve PTO. It is easy for staff to use and gives employees the ability to access their accrual status. Customer service has been fabulous quick to respond and completed resolution. There have been some features that we would have like to have that were not yet implemented when we first implemented Vacation Tracker.
