I really like that I can log in anywhere and get my work done without being tied to a specific location, which works perfectly for my needs. The flexibility to work from any location is a big plus, especially with a toddler at home. The setup is also extremely easy, making it convenient to use right away. V2 Cloud integrates seamlessly with the software I need, like Photoshop and Illustrator, handling higher capacity computing that my normal computer can't manage. I found V2 Cloud very easy to use and the staff wonderful to work with. I'm extremely happy with them as they have helped me every step of the way. They literally saved me a fortune compared to other companies. Having everything under one roof and its simplicity and stability are great. I use V2 Cloud to manage users from different countries seamlessly, and I get visibility into users and can meet compliance needs. I like its dedicated app for RDP and its web connectivity, which lets me connect to all my machines without interruption. The connectivity is better than Microsoft 365 cloud machine connectivity, and I appreciate the high-class customer support. I find the pricing can sometimes be on the higher side compared with similar solutions. The initial setup or configuration for custom networks and integrations could be smoother, and clearer documentation for advanced administrative features would be helpful. I like that V2 Cloud lets me use my Mac to remotely access a desktop with most of my applications, including ones that only run on a desktop. It’s easy to use, and the setup was very simple. If I have a problem, I can always get help from a knowledgeable live agent who gets me back up and running quickly without delay, so I can stay efficient and productive and meet my goals and deadlines. On occasion it is a bit slow but I am not sure if it's because of the hosting speed or my speed (1 gig) or there are multiple users on the hosting. That's the only issue I dislike Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate V2 Cloud for its ability to allow people to access software from anywhere, which is really useful for business software that doesn't have a full web application yet. It also simplifies running the software in a multi-user or network environment. I find that the networking capability, where you use Windows Server on V2 Cloud with terminal services to remote in as unique users, makes it really easy to replicate a network environment. I suppose the only thing I can really think of is cost. V2 Cloud, I feel, is priced really well, but it's a big consideration if you already have an existing network and computer environment. I'd say that it wasn't super easy to set up, but the support team at V2 Cloud helped figure out the issues we had. There are always issues when you move legacy desktop software from one environment to another, and there will be security differences and maybe hurdles you already jumped over in your local network. I really value V2 Cloud for their excellent customer support service level. They respond really quickly and recently resolved an issue promptly, which impressed me. The service quality stands out as well. I appreciate having a virtual system that allows any of my team members to log in from anywhere in the world. The screensharing link feature is fantastic, as it lets me share my screen with others and even allow them to control it if needed.
