Software that allows customer feedback to be acted upon in my opinion is first rate. **What do you dislike about Uservox?** Tedious and user friendliness is never realized with soft like this, the learning curve for s astronomical. It takes a real logical mind to process the data presented by this program. **What problems is Uservox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Uservox is addressing all problems that May exist between the company and consumer based on the captured data analyzed and feedback samples.
