User Maven is seriously turning into one of my favorites for analytics and attribution. What's wowed me most about it is its ease of use. The UI is highly organized, making this setup and navigation pretty easy for someone like me with limited experience in data management. But this ease-of-use means it saves on the functionality side, though. Usermaven hosts a very strong set of functionalities that can easily rival other best-in-class analytics platforms that are firmly entrenched. I find the detailed insights great, together with the attribution models. Valuable data to help optimize my sites and understand users' behavior far better. I was lucky enough to lock in a lifetime deal, but even if I didn't, I would still subscribe for their platform. I'm actually surprised by how often they have updates, as I have worked with numerous similar softwares that don't throw money back into their product. Their attribution and user journey are the main reasons we started using them, but then realized a lot of their features have contributed substantially to our KPIs. Their AI features have also been a gamechanger to quickly assist my team with pulling the data for what we need to make critical decisions. They have come a very long way in a very short time. Have had access for over a year, but only started actually using them in the last 6 months and it saddens me that I wasted so much time on other softwares that we were locked into a contract with. Highly recommend and plan to continue using them for the foreseeable future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Usermaven? The only part that could use improvement is their reporting, but not really something that is important when we have all the data we need directly on their platform. With the amount of updates they have, I assume their reporting will be something improved very soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Usermaven solving and how is that benefiting you? Usermaven has decreased our costs, improved our user journey tracking, and simplified our marketing attribution. It's an all in one platform that I don't think I can ever see myself leaving. We are starting to look to move our partners and clients over soon as well to benefit them in the same ways. The UI/UX is very good - makes it very easy to understand & use. Contacts Hub is very helpful in understanding how a site visitor navigates your website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Usermaven? There's no feature to give users in Contacts Hub a nickname. This is important because Contacts Hub picks up users who are testers (on dynamic IP) as well. Have already submitted this feature request. Hope it gets done. Usermaven doesn't seem to be able to pick up certain bots. For example, bots from AHREFS are shown in Contacts Hub.
