It is very structured and not hard to figure out. I would love for all my grants to have a similar platform. Submitting grants is hard and the user-friendly platform made it easy to submit. **What do you dislike about UrbanLeap Procurement?** Nothing really. The platform was easy to read and navigate. I would highly recommend it to all the departments who put out grants on an annual basis. **Recommendations to others considering UrbanLeap Procurement:** It is a great program that made the grant submission seamless and effective. It was very user-friendly. We routinely work with start-ups and other technology and community leaders who are not necessarily in the government space. This platform allows me to interact, engage and ultimately pilot some cool new tech with their research and procurement tools. **What do you dislike about UrbanLeap Procurement?** While I find the platform incredibly efficient, most vendor engagement and communications happens outside of the platform. **What problems is UrbanLeap Procurement solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using Urban Leap for a "Smart Corridor" project in San Mateo. We will be installing 15+ smart solutions over the next two years. We are able to see what other cities are doing in this space, and we can solicit the necessary three quotes for each smart solution right on the platform ### 4. I haven't found anything we didn't like yet. **What problems is UrbanLeap Procurement solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have used this for our Informal RFP processes so far, and it has made finding new vendors and options that we weren't normally interacting with. We found that instead of reaching out to 3 - 4 known vendors for quotes via email, but now it can all be automated and had us get quotes from over 15 vendors from a project. ### 5.
