What do you like best about Upward365 Performance Management & Engagement Suite?

Our managers used to try to remember a full year of performance every time reviews came around. Upward365 fixed that by making it easy to it throughout the year.

The features I use most are Notes, Uplifts, and Flight Checks. When someone on my team does something worth remembering, I log it right away and quickly. Flight Checks give me a quick read on how each person is doing between formal cycles. When review time comes, History Hub pulls all of it into one view, so the conversation starts with the real examples I add throughout the year.

Briefings improved our 1:1s. Each meeting has a shared agenda, so my team shows up with their own topics and nothing gets lost from week to week. The Dashboard To Do Queue tells every manager what's due and links straight to it. I spend far less time chasing people to finish things.

The unexpected benefit was having performance management and employee engagement in the same platform. Pulse Surveys and eNPS sit right next to the review data. When a team's scores dip, I see it early and can connect it to what's coming up in their 1:1s.

Two more things matter to a small company like ours. Pricing is one per-user rate with no add-ons or paid tiers, so there's never an upgrade conversation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Upward365 Performance Management & Engagement Suite?

The biggest gap right now is integrations. Upward365 doesn't connect to our HRIS yet, so new hires and role changes get entered by hand. For a team our size, that's not too bad. They've told us that HRIS integration is on the roadmap, and it's the first thing I'd want to see ship.

The last thing is a side effect of being a newer platform. There's less third-party content out there (setup guides, community forums, peer reviews) than you'd find for older tools. But, their support fills that gap very well, since we get same-day answers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
