Uprankly Link Builder Pro Reviews & Product Details

Uprankly Link Builder is a link building software that automates the entire link-building workflow. The software handles prospect discovery, contact enrichment, AI-personalized outreach, email sending across Gmail, Outlook, and SMTP, reply tracking, and site history tracking. SEO agencies, in-house teams, and solo freelancers use this platform to run client campaigns. The platform provides integrated modules to streamline link acquisition and authority growth. - Prospecting: Prospecting enables teams to discover target websites through multiple discovery methods, including keyword searches, 50000+ pre-vetted database, competitor backlink gap analysis, and custom personal inventory uploads. The module filters sites using DR and traffic thresholds while performing contact enrichment to uncover verified emails. The system also tracks site history across all projects, recording the last contact date and total outreach count per domain to prevent duplicate pitches. - Campaigns: Campaigns automate email outreach through multi-step sequences with timezone-aware scheduling. The module supports multi-provider email sending across Gmail OAuth, Outlook OAuth, and custom SMTP accounts. AI personalization generates context-relevant email opening lines for individual prospects, while reply tracking monitors responses through Gmail webhooks, Outlook webhooks, and SMTP IMAP polling to stop automated follow-ups instantly upon reply. - Inventory: Inventory functions as a private digital library where marketers store and organize vetted prospects, custom CSV uploads, and previously contacted sites. Users filter saved domain lists by authority metrics, niche categories, and campaign usage history. This allows teams to push qualified sites directly into active outreach pipelines across different client campaigns without running redundant searches or exporting manual spreadsheets. - Agency Client Management: Agency Client Management gives teams the tools to run multi-client operations using isolated client workspaces and role-based permissions. Clients receive access to secure portals where they can review prospect shortlists, approve outreach lists, track backlink delivery status in real time, and leave direct feedback on specific campaigns. - Reporting: Reporting delivers real-time performance analytics across individual outreach campaigns and overall backlink acquisition efforts. The module logs live backlinks, target pages, anchor text, open rates, and reply metrics inside an active Built Links Log. Agencies generate custom branded PDF or web reports with corporate logos and notes to communicate progress directly to stakeholders.
