What we like most about UpPromote: Affiliate & Referral is how easy it makes it to build and manage an affiliate program. The platform brings commission management, affiliate tracking, campaign management, and performance monitoring together in one place, which keeps everything organized and straightforward.

We haven’t run into any major issues with UpPromote: Affiliate & Referral so far. Since we’re still exploring the platform and its features, it can take a bit of time for new users to get familiar with all the available options and understand how everything fits together.

The main downside is probably that the sheer number of options and settings can feel a little overwhelming when you're setting up an affiliate or referral programme for the first time. UpPromote is extremely flexible, which is one of its biggest strengths, but that also means there can be quite a lot to understand initially.

I'd like to see more examples of different programme structures, suggested best-practice configurations and perhaps more step-by-step guidance based on what you're trying to achieve.

The affiliate dashboard should be customizable; it's not the most aesthetic looking and not on brand for me with the colors. It works great but not the most visually appealing. There was a big learning curve because I was new to this. It was easier with the support help, but that's how it is when you want lots of features, that means lots of work.
