# How has UpPromote’s chat support and one-click affiliate approvals worked for you?

I’ve found UpPromote: Affiliate & Referral easy to understand, and the chat help has been quick whenever I’ve had a doubt. I also like that approving affiliates only takes one click. For those using it day to day, how responsive has support been for you, and does the approval flow save you time?
