**What do you like best about Uplight?**

It provides consumers to conserve , deploy and manage resources .
It's AI platform that have grid flexibility management solution for utilities as well .
There resilience is there customers.

**What do you dislike about Uplight?**

Have limited coverage in terms of there customers, people opt then somehow opt out of it in other way.
Not so well known in the market as well .
Installation complexity and higher initial cost involved.

**What problems is Uplight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving customer or consumer problem by managing there energy use 
Increases customer purchases as well .
Not benefited much as it required much more features to get added.

**What do you like best about Uplight?**

It has provided me with a good solution to my energy management issues. I have been using it for a year to manage the customer engagement. The features inside allow to easily track metrics and is really helpful. Its easy to use but I did face some issue in beginning and the customer support was great to help me.

**What do you dislike about Uplight?**

I would like to see more options to easily learn for its users. the training needs more time and it will be easier to have more modules.

It has made it easy to manage customer engagement and use metrics

**What do you like best about Uplight?**

It helps improve customer relationships, with their features. It provides more energy efficiency for a lot of different things

**What do you dislike about Uplight?**

A lot of large companies aren't familiar with this software because it's not largely promoted right now

**Recommendations to others considering Uplight:**

I would just say be mindful in knowing how utilize this software's interface. The interface can be a little complex in understanding.

**What problems is Uplight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm solving problems with diversifying different portfolios within certain features.

easily share many different companies account info with various parties who are registered

interface its not user friendly too much info that isn't necessary on certain pages

Be sure to use in the field for easy access to account information

Store account information and files. Registered users can access data in the field and on the go.

**What do you like best about Uplight?**

The customization of support and the countless free ebooks that offer valuable information. Our gas provider is Columbia Gas of Ohio, and upon starting at this organization realized that there were many inefficient parts to our building campus and infrastructure. By connecting with EnergySavvy I was able to read the ebooks to get a better understanding of how to improve efficiency and lower our costs.    

**What do you dislike about Uplight?**

Something that I dislike is the Savvy Utility Blog. The blog itself is a great resource, the part that I dislike is how often it is published. One blog entry per month seems a little slow for todays face paced society. I would be much more comfortable with at least two blog entries per month. The problem with having just one entry per month is that so much time passes between posts, that I find myself going several months without reading one, because I simply forget to read them. Having multiple would keep the focus on Energy Savvy. 

**What problems is Uplight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most recent business problem being solved with Energy Savvy is the updating of our current meter system. Initially we did not know where to turn when researching infrastructure updating. We knew that we wanted to become more efficient, and we wanted to have more options available to us, rather than just what a contractor recommends. After doing do diligence we landed on EnergySavvy and saw that Columbia Gas of Ohio was a customer. We were able to learn about regulatory trends regarding smart meters. The capabilities of a smart meter with IT connectivity went from being a contractor recommendation (that we were weary of), to being a promising investment. When we do upgrade our system it will be improved because of the direction that EnergySavvy is providing us.

**What do you like best about Uplight?**

Registered parties from many different companies can all log in and view account information and contribute.

**What do you dislike about Uplight?**

The interface seems kind of clunky. There is a lot of info on pages that maybe isn't necessary and clutters the view.

**What problems is Uplight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using EnergySavvy to store account data and files. We are using the web based access to have our field staff access account information from the field with their online mobile devices. Our staff is able to more accurately do there job because they have more information available to them with Energy Savvy.

Energy Efficiency has helped us obtain and maintain our LEED Certifications. Ability to break down energy usage by tenant readily and easily.

**What do you dislike about Uplight?**

Nothing comes to mind for dislikes in this system.

**What problems is Uplight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Becoming more energy efficient building, LEED Certification helps us obtain incentives for our lowered energy use and shows investors, clients, and tenants (both existing and potential) that we care about Sustainability.

Mission-driven business with lots of cool opportunities to explore different aspects of a software startup; clear and open communication from management about direction of business; collaborative, supportive, and caring culture; ability to take on leadership roles

Growth stage can mean hard pivots as needed and requires flexibility and understanding

Work life balance, Everyone is treated equally. Close relationships with senior management
Managers show more care for your personal and professional growth
