Upfort Shield Reviews & Product Details

We were looking at various different staff awareness training programs / software and we came across Upfort Shield as part of our Cyber Security Insurance. The training consists of short 10 - 15 minute courses covering every area of Cyber Security and includes videos and quizzes. The training is informative but not detailed and therefore easy for all users to understand. It was very easy to implement and I have used customer support a couple of times which I found were both friendly and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing I dislike about Upfort Shield other than some of the training modules are just text only, it could be easier for users to understand further if more videos or illustrations are introduced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Cyber University modules make learning Cyber security fun, when historically it's been a snoozefest. I enjoy competing with my colleagues through the "CYBER READINESS RANK". Great tool for minimizing user inbox threats. Training is essential, but there will always be human error. Upfort scans emails looking for threats and flags emails from outside the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
