Each learning chunk is easy to digest. Some modules even give you the choice of text or video as your preferred learning style. Surprised myself feeling competitive in my newfound addiction to the Leaderboard - clever trick to feel effortlessly motivated! **What do you dislike about Upfort Shield?** Some modules can feel like there's quite a bit of overlap in content (e.g. "Phishing Attempt Hall of Fame" vs. "Cybercriminal's Favorite Phish") but... repetition is good to reinforce good habits: better be safe than sorry. Also, it'd be good to see the choice of 'video vs text' as the default starting screen for all modules... That being said, I work in a SaaS company who produces user-facing interactive modules, so I'm acutely aware how colossal a task that is! **What problems is Upfort Shield solving and how is that benefiting you?** Phishing attempts mainly. It's benefitting me as I'm one of the key triage people for Contact forms sent to our central inboxes, so safety is key. ### 2. The training consists of short 10 - 15 minute courses covering every area of Cyber Security and includes videos and quizzes. The training is informative but not detailed and therefore easy for all users to understand. It was very easy to implement and I have used customer support a couple of times which I found were both friendly and helpful. **What do you dislike about Upfort Shield?** There is nothing I dislike about Upfort Shield other than some of the training modules are just text only, it could be easier for users to understand further if more videos or illustrations are introduced. **What problems is Upfort Shield solving and how is that benefiting you?** Staff Awareness Training - had to have this implemented as a request of our Cyber Security Insurance. ### 3. I enjoy competing with my colleagues through the "CYBER READINESS RANK". This is a fantastic way to keep everyone informed and alert. Easy to use program. Staff is easy to work with and highly responsive! Can't recommend Upfort enough. **What do you dislike about Upfort Shield?** Not much. I was bummed that I didn't get to keep me #1 Ranking when I had to switch my email domain name... **What problems is Upfort Shield solving and how is that benefiting you?** I had to switch my email over, and they were able to retain my profile info. ### 4. Training is essential, but there will always be human error. Upfort scans emails looking for threats and flags emails from outside the organization. **What do you dislike about Upfort Shield?** Only complaint is that the Chrome extension cannot be force installed on to user browsers. It must be done manually on each computer. **What problems is Upfort Shield solving and how is that benefiting you?** It takes the guess work out of the equation for many emails users receive and blocks many malicious websites before they can do damage. ### 5. We also like that we have layers of protection in case of a cyber attack as well as the fact that it gets threat intelligence updates. **What do you dislike about Upfort Shield?** Upfort Shield does not contain an important training element. Upfort Shield has no phishing simulation feature, which can instill awareness in our employees to guard against phishing scams. **What problems is Upfort Shield solving and how is that benefiting you?** I learned from Upfort Shield a way to shield myself from cyber attacks which has lessened my anxiety. I am able to concentrate on managing the company and do not need to think about hackers and viruses every day with this great security solution. ### 6.
