Each learning chunk is easy to digest. Some modules even give you the choice of text or video as your preferred learning style. What do you dislike about Upfort Shield? Some modules can feel like there's quite a bit of overlap in content (e.g. "Phishing Attempt Hall of Fame" vs. "Cybercriminal's Favorite Phish") but... repetition is good to reinforce good habits: better be safe than sorry. Also, it'd be good to see the choice of 'video vs text' as the default starting screen for all modules... That being said, I work in a SaaS company who produces user-facing interactive modules, so I'm acutely aware how colossal a task that is! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. We were looking at various different staff awareness training programs / software and we came across Upfort Shield as part of our Cyber Security Insurance. The training consists of short 10 - 15 minute courses covering every area of Cyber Security and includes videos and quizzes. The training is informative but not detailed and therefore easy for all users to understand. The simple usage of Upfort Shield has proven to be beneficial for our company since we are a small business.
