We were looking at various different staff awareness training programs / software and we came across Upfort Shield as part of our Cyber Security Insurance. The training consists of short 10 - 15 minute courses covering every area of Cyber Security and includes videos and quizzes. The training is informative but not detailed and therefore easy for all users to understand. It was very easy to implement and I have used customer support a couple of times which I found were both friendly and helpful.

Great tool for minimizing user inbox threats. Training is essential, but there will always be human error. Upfort scans emails looking for threats and flags emails from outside the organization.

The Cyber University modules make learning Cyber security fun, when historically it's been a snoozefest. I enjoy competing with my colleagues through the "CYBER READINESS RANK". This is a fantastic way to keep everyone informed and alert. Easy to use program. Staff is easy to work with and highly responsive! Can't recommend Upfort enough.
