The mailing tool is really great for mass bulk sends and has saved us immensely on time, as we reach out to hundreds of influencers a week to work with and onboard. Another thing I really appreciate is the Upfluence Google Chrome extension, it's really helpful when prospecting on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Along with that, I think pulling average views and average likes is really helpful when trying to determine rates for these creators simply by using the Google Chrome extension. In the beginning, there were a lot of creators for us to pull from, especially internationally, but now it's getting a little sparse. Would love for Upfluence to continue adding creators to their system so we can continue to prospect from them on a daily basis. It would also be great for them to get quicker with updating audience demographics, lot of the time when you click on a creator's profile and click the Google Chrome extension it says it can take up to almost 7 days for us to get the audience data back. The markets have some issues with enter in contact with the "good" influencers to the campaign, and mainly with the differences between the value proposed on the platform vs. the influencer value (that can sometimes be negotiated by a third agency or partner). We're not just looking for engagement/followers, but for which content the influencer can provide in our feed. From the beginning their consultant was very helpful in learning about us, and how we were hoping to work with influencers. They showed us how we could use the software in a variety of ways to accomplish our goals. We looked at a few other options but they didn't have the same blend of features, analytics, dedicated support, and price that we were looking for. There are a lot of features available so we had a variety of trainings to help our team really hit the ground running. We used Upfluence to sift through millions of influencers and really find the right fit for our campaigns. They helped us ensure that we were getting in front of the audience we needed with powerful analytics we couldn't find elsewhere. The best part about Upfluence is that they make find influencers from their massive non-opt-in database easy and they give you all the data you need to make the right decision. We chose the Monthly thinking it would be month to month, but turns out hidden in the contract was billed monthly for 12 months. The way it was presented was very sly.
