As a Brand Manager with long experience in influencer marketing, Upfluence was not an unknown software for me. The free software version was the most useful tool I had during past work experiences where the budget to work with was tight, so now that I am in a company where we have the opportunity to invest in tools that can improve our work it was a pleasure to find out that the premium Upfluence service is a game-changer for this profession. Most influencer platforms are opt-in on both the brand side and influencer side. This is extremely limiting and doesn't provide many benefits. The best part about Upfluence is that they make finding influencers from their massive non-opt-in database easy and they give you all the data you need to make the right decision. If I want to nit-pick a bit, their email functionality could use some tweaking. It does a great job when sending initial emails and letting you know when someone opens an email, but as doesn't handle people being copied "cc'd" on an email very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
