As per my research, it is one of the most widely used applications so frequent updates help fix bugs that you face or features that you wish to be added. I specially like the cross platform feature, where this application can be used on a browser or an Apple device or an Android device. The cost is great and the application is pretty reliable and stable too. One of the other great things about this is it's support team.
