Unitwise Reviews & Product Details

Unitwise is a web-based inspection and deficiency tracking software solution designed to help property developers, builders, and property management teams manage building inspections, deficiencies, and related documentation in a centralized system. The platform supports structured tracking of issues across buildings, units, and communities, replacing spreadsheets and disconnected tools commonly used during construction close-out and ongoing property operations. Unitwise is used to document, track, and resolve deficiencies identified during inspections such as pre-delivery inspections (PDI), construction close-out reviews, warranty periods, and routine property assessments. Users can record deficiencies by location, attach supporting photos and notes, and monitor status from identification through resolution. The system is built to scale from single-building projects to large portfolios containing multiple communities and property types. The platform is suitable for residential, mixed-use, and multi-unit properties and is commonly used by developers, builders, construction teams, and property managers who require consistent inspection workflows and reliable reporting. Unitwise supports collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders by providing a shared source of truth for inspection data and deficiency status. Key features of Unitwise include: Deficiency tracking organized by community, building, unit, and location Photo and document attachments for each inspection item Floorplan uploads with visual annotation and location-based issue tracking Status tracking and progress visibility from open to resolved Generation of structured inspection and deficiency reports Unitwise helps teams reduce manual coordination, improve visibility into outstanding issues, and maintain accurate inspection records throughout the lifecycle of a building. By standardizing how inspections and deficiencies are logged and managed, the platform supports more consistent processes and clearer communication between teams. Unitwise fits within the inspection software and property management technology categories and is designed to support workflows related to construction close-out, warranty management, and ongoing building maintenance tracking.
