The asset recovery & disposal service is so worth it. Unduit integrates with our HRIS so when an employee leaves, we simply make a campaign and unduit handles logistics, secure data erasure and resale or sometimes recycling with disposal certificate. The value recovery side has helped reduce the net cost of our fleet refreshes. The only suggestion i'd have is to make the resale pricing model a bit more flexible. I get that Unduit has to keep things standardized across many clients, but a little more customization in pricing templates and reporting options would be great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hey, and all that hard work, does it have a reward? You have a Wallet app to monitor the profits you made with your devices sent for recycling. It's a win-win situation!

The only minor issue i've noticed is that the reporting dashboard can be better. We can export data but i feel like this should be prese3nted in the platform in a better way with options to customize. Saves a ton of time in tracking, it's like a mix between spreadsheets, MDM, and ITAM, integrations and automations. All the important stuff's in 1 place. The remote recovery stuff is the best part, though. We just send out a return link and label and get notified when it’s on the way back. 90% hands off. It might be subjective but the UI gets a little cluttered in some places, especially in the asset view. Like there are 6 columns I don’t need and 2 I do, but no way to re-arrange or hide stuff yet. Their support teas are AWESOME. Even tho stuff doesn't go wrong often but when something comes up, getting HELPFUL help is so easy. Also I like seeing where and with whom the devices are, most of it is automated and helps me keep proper track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have to contact support more often than we like to. The ticketing system's good and all, but it could be avoided with more functionalities like advanced inventory filters and views so I don't have to apply filters every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
