Courses appear in your app through one iframe, look like part of your interface, and report every view, answer and completion back to your systems. Most customer education and corporate LMS tools are destinations: users receive a link, create yet another account, and land in software that looks nothing like the product they came to learn. Underlayer removes all three problems. Learners are identified by the user IDs your application already has, signed by your backend, so nobody signs up for anything. The course player takes your fonts and colours, starting from eight built-in themes, so training reads as a native part of your app on desktop, tablet and phone. Course authoring works the way your team does. Build courses in a visual builder from 39 interactive block types, including quizzes, polls, scenarios, flashcards, steps, timelines, video, audio and code. Generate a first draft with AI from a document, a web page or a prompt, then edit it before publishing. Create and update courses programmatically through the REST API, or let AI assistants such as Claude and Cursor build them through Underlayer's MCP server. Everything learners do is tracked per person. Completions, scores, pass/fail results and certificates come back through the API and signed webhooks, so onboarding progress can unlock features, update your CRM or trigger the next step in your product. When a customer requires their own LMS, courses export as SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 packages, and existing SCORM packages can be imported. Courses can be translated into 22 languages, with full right-to-left support for Arabic. Scale plans add SAML/OIDC single sign-on, SCIM provisioning and audit log export, and data is hosted in the EU, with a US region available on higher plans. Pricing is based on course views, not seats, so you never pay for users who don't open a course.
