The platform handles custom rates, generates invoices, and tracks payments across methods like cash, checks, Venmo, and cards. Payment reminders and client communications are automated, while transactions are reconciled for bookkeeping accuracy. Business intelligence tools enable service and revenue tracking via desktop or mobile. Underboss uses AI for tasks like invoice generation and reconciliation, paired with human oversight to ensure accuracy and catch anomalies. It supports team collaboration with consistent functionality across devices. The AI chat feature allows natural language queries and activity logging through voice or text, enabling users to ask questions, record events, and request account insights through conversational commands.
