UnBullet Reviews & Product Details

UnBullet is a narrative-first recruitment platform built for companies that are tired of hiring from bullet points. Instead of submitting a traditional CV, candidates write their story once — what they’ve done, what drives them, and where they want to go. UnBullet’s AI reads that narrative and automatically matches candidates to open roles, surfacing the best fits without requiring manual search or keyword filtering. For hiring managers, this means seeing a real person on the other side of every application — not a formatted document that looks like every other formatted document. For candidates, it means their first impression is finally their actual story, not a list of responsibilities copy-pasted from a job description. Key features: - Narrative candidate profiles replacing traditional CVs - AI-powered automatic matching to open roles - AI pre-screening conversations to eliminate early screening calls - Incognito mode — candidates control visibility until they choose to engage - Simple hiring manager dashboard with match scores and candidate stories UnBullet is designed for SMEs and scale-ups that move fast and care about the quality of the people they hire, not just the volume of applications they receive.
