What I like the most is that I can save the accounts so I don't have to re-enter them when I want to make another connection. Additionally, I can connect simultaneously to different web hosting accounts, allowing me to work faster. **What do you dislike about UltraFTP?** I have never had any issues with this software. Previously, I used to use a free application that suffered from disconnections and the file transfer process was delayed. **Recommendations to others considering UltraFTP:** This software can be really useful and effective for managing your website's files. I highly recommend it. **What problems is UltraFTP solving and how is that benefiting you?** UltraFTP is a very practical tool that allows me to transfer or download files from the hosting of our website. Most importantly, I can manage different files simultaneously, so I can work faster. Without a doubt, another benefit is that this software does not suffer disconnections, so I can transfer the files within the established time. ### 2. I can save site connections that I have to specific folders in both my local computer and the remote server. The file uploading speeds are usually excellent when I have a decent internet connection. I can also see the progress of transfers, which is nice when I'm trying to manage lots of files. **What do you dislike about UltraFTP?** UltraFTP has worked fine for me, but there are some occasions where it's easy to accidentally overwrite files in either our local drive or the server, but that can be minimized if you set up the settings to prevent that. **Recommendations to others considering UltraFTP:** You should try to use secure connections when you can. There can be many vulnerabilities floating around the web, so you should take as many precautions as you can. **What problems is UltraFTP solving and how is that benefiting you?** File transfers with our web servers are done much faster and more intuitively when using UltraFTP compared to a typical web hosting file management application. Drag and drop support makes it facile to handle files. **What do you dislike about UltraFTP?** Sometimes if there is a connection error or delay, it does not show the error making it hard to troubleshoot and connect to the server. **Recommendations to others considering UltraFTP:** Use UltraFTP is you want easy, fast and convenient FTP software. **What problems is UltraFTP solving and how is that benefiting you?** I tried to connect to the server that only supports strict active mode, and I changed the setting to use active mode instead of passive mode, but still, it failed to connect and showed no error. I remember it since many years ago, and it somehow managed to remain as reliable as in the good old days. **What do you dislike about UltraFTP?** The interface looks a bit outdated, although it's perfectly functional and really practical. It looks essentially like the rest (CuteFTP, WinSCP, FileZilla), just with a different skin. **Recommendations to others considering UltraFTP:** Honestly, UltraFTP does everything that WinSCP, FileZilla, CuteFTP, and probably most other FTP clients out there do. It's fast, doesn't take much resources, can have multiple connections and transfers simultaneously, and has a nice interface. It does have an option to search with UltraFinder within UltraFTP, which is a nice addition over other FTP clients, though. Depending on your use and preferences, the cost may or may not justify switching from your current client. **What problems is UltraFTP solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been looking for an FTP client that looks and feel familiar, and since UltraFTP has the look and feel of UltraEdit, UltraCompare, and UltraFinder, it fits our needs. It's also powerful enough to have multiple connections open and transferring simultaneously. ### 8.
