They fully investigated our request and suggested the best format for user testing. After testing, we got great material to process and improve the product! **What do you dislike about Uitrial?** There was a little confusion about the test accounts for the respondents. But overall, this did not affect the results of the study. **What problems is Uitrial solving and how is that benefiting you?** Uitrial helped select respondents with very specific expertise and skilfully tested our product. We got real confirmation that our product has quite problematic solutions. ### 2. Audio and video greatly help to evaluate the elements in which the emotional reaction for the player was laid and makes it possible to understand the performance of one or another part of the game. When improving a game systemically, periodically running such tests during development will help to see if bug fixes have been carried out. **What do you dislike about Uitrial?** Additional tool functionality (Scenes, Transcript) We were not able to fully understand and evaluate the usefulness of these functions compared to the central function of the tool **Recommendations to others considering Uitrial:** If you need to evaluate the reactions of players to your game, and then draw conclusions on the work done, then this tool is your choice. The best choice for closed screenings, testing for focus groups. **What problems is Uitrial solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were able to understand the weak points of our game thanks to the live reactions of the players, and also collected a little analytics (through questions). We assessed the potential of certain elements of the game, after which we were able to draw conclusions and make plans to work on problems. ### 3. Even if it doesn't fit "within the box". **What do you dislike about Uitrial?** Faced a few bugs filling in the site-form, which were not critical and were corrected through the direct messages so it would not affect test results. Also, it looks like the company puts some real effort into improving this tool and making it more comfortable. **What problems is Uitrial solving and how is that benefiting you?** Guess if you are here, you already know the value of playtests ;) ### 4. They asked clarifying questions and formed the right group of people for testing. **What do you dislike about Uitrial?** I did not notice this during the work, there were minor delays in finding people for the focus group, but this was due to force majeure circumstances that Uitrial could not influence. **What problems is Uitrial solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our task was to assemble a focus group of 20 people who speak different languages so that they can register in our service and communicate with each other and, after the end of the conversation, send a meeting report. Our YOUS service helps people communicate with native speakers of different language groups without knowing the language. ### 6. They also took it upon themselves to compile questionnaires, which we had difficulty with. Uitrial also prepared reports on the results and supplemented them with the specific data analysis we requested. **What do you dislike about Uitrial?** There were slight delays on time, but I think it was due to the holidays. **What problems is Uitrial solving and how is that benefiting you?** We worked with Uitrial on two preference tests: the first for choosing a character to play as the main character and the second for choosing a name for our new game. ### 8.
