The feature that ultimately sold us on Construction Online was the Selections part of the platform. We are an integrated design-build firm and the ability to integrate the selection process like Construction Online allows has been a gamechanger for us. So good. If you are in the construction industry, CO is a powerful software that will help you manage your projects with ease. it has unlimited users, you can create project schedules, estimates, take offs pos, and more. What problems is UDA ConstructionOnline solving and how is that benefiting you?

Improve Project Management: projects are less chaotic because CO allows me to create a schedule and assign tasks directly to staff and subs

Estimating: despite it took me a while to finish my costbook items to start creating estimates on CO, i finally was able to built my first estimate, and im glad i did, because i was underbidding a home additon project by $50k less. CO estimate helped me broke down the estimate cost based on material, labor, subcontractor cost and profit. How do i know that i was charging too cheap for that project? because a year earlier, i had sent the same quote with the same scope of work, the only difference, 50k cheaper. client didnt agreed with the new price but it's. Investing money on a construction ERP like CO is the best thing that i could have dono, I already save THOUSANDS

Take off: Take off tool is great and easy to use, and the great thing is that once you have all your measurements, you can assign items from you costbooks and get instant pricing, then you send it directly to your estimate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
