UbiAttendance has solved the problem of manual attendance tracking and time theft. It ensures accurate, real-time attendance—even for remote teams—saving us time, reducing errors, and improving overall workforce accountability. What do you like best about UbiAttendance?

The ease of marking attendance is what really allured me. I could mark my attendance with the click of a button. Usually, when we used to do it earlier, the previous software required a bit of process to be followed before we could reach the page where we could mark our attendance. What do you dislike about UbiAttendance?

The network dependency on capturing location data at times may not work due to bad network reception. If there was a way that the location data could be added by the app itself in the background, post marking of the attendance, in case of any technical errors in recording of the same while punching in, it'll make this the best application for attendance (marking & tracking) on the market. What problems is UbiAttendance solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ease of Attendance Tracking

Geo-Tagging of employees.

It benefits us as we are able to keep a check on the truth of the actual physical location of the employees. Post Covid, we have had to close down a few offices and a lot of our staff went to a WFH environment. But they are our in-field experts and need to take care of the clients by being in the field. We noticed a lot of discrepancy and a lot of missed appointments because the employee didn't even leave their homes, but updated their managers stating that they are in the field.

With UbiAttendance, we have been able to verify the authenticity of the statements by the employees in real-time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer support is very bad. They need to improve a lot in this department rather than just chasing leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UbiAttendance solving and how is that benefiting you?

Very bad customer support. It was working fine for a couple of months then huge server issues popped up. Our entire team was unable to clock in for about 2 weeks. Tried their customer support but they neither picked calls nor responded to messages. Ultimately we had to give up on this app and shifted our entire team to a different one.
