Twofold Health offers simple, transparent pricing designed for solo clinicians, group practices, and small to mid-sized outpatient clinics. Pricing is subscription based and charged per clinician, with no long-term contracts required.

Individual clinicians can subscribe on a monthly or annual basis. The standard annual plan is $49/month per provider. Group and clinic plans are also available for practices with multiple providers and include volume-based pricing, centralized billing, and administrative support tools.

All plans include access to Twofold’s core AI documentation features, including AI-assisted note generation, support for common note formats such as SOAP, DAP, and SIRP, full manual editing control, and compliance-focused workflows designed for outpatient care. Pricing is not tied to the number of patients seen or sessions completed, allowing clinicians to use the platform without worrying about per-use limits during normal clinical workflows.

Twofold also offers a discounted introductory offer for new users. New customers can start with a $19 first month, allowing clinicians to evaluate the platform in real clinical settings at a reduced cost before transitioning to standard pricing.
