The product is very user friendly it helps any type of user to use it with ease. **What do you dislike about Twirll?** I hope updates and upgrades should be Provided more Quickly and the pricing should be More Economic so it can help all kinds of restaurants to adopt the system **What problems is Twirll solving and how is that benefiting you?** it did the automation for the restaurant. Order taking and Counter supply of my restaurant made really easy. Now Waiters can forget about the manual work with simple clicks, we can take the orders, and the kitchen is getting the orders through their pool. That's how it automated our business ### 2. We mostly used it to test out the CRM platform and it seemed to work really well. **What do you dislike about Twirll?** We didn't really dislike anything about Twirll, except maybe that it's not the cheapest system out there. Still, even for the price, it did the job it was supposed to and was relatively easy to use! **What problems is Twirll solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to look into more of the CRM side of Twirll to see if it was a little easier to manage and more modern than our current CRM platform. It was definitely user-friendly, although the main purpose of the platform is more for POS than CRM. ### 3. They also don't charge any additional commissions like other relevant software. **What do you dislike about Twirll?** Nothing to be disliked, but I wish they had advanced logistics and supply chain management features. **What problems is Twirll solving and how is that benefiting you?** As said earlier, it helped me set up my online business without much technical knowledge.
