**What do you like best about Twinesocial?**

Twinesocial keeps us organized and relevant. I really love how customizable this product is.  Twinesocial is now a vital part of our marketing strategy.

**What do you dislike about Twinesocial?**

Nothing yet!  My team looked at a few other competitors (like Salesforce) but as of now, we are glad we went with Twinesocial.

**Recommendations to others considering Twinesocial:**

Do your due diligence and look at the competitors (Salesforce, etc) to see if Twinesocial best fits your company's needs.

**What problems is Twinesocial solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us develop user-generated content for social media. Our customers look to social media for information.
