"All-In-One Solution for Interactive Corporate Events"
What do you like best about Twebcast?

I really appreciate Twebcast's ultra-low latency streaming, which allows for real-time interaction between speakers and attendees. The high level of customization is another standout, letting me tailor the platform with custom CSS/JS to fit specific brand guidelines. The platform's comprehensive interactivity modules, like live polls, quizzes, and real-time Q&As, really help in turning passive viewers into active participants. I also value the centralized control that the 'Timeline' feature provides, enabling me to manage every aspect of an event's flow with ease. Additionally, for enterprise events, Twebcast's robust security and privacy features, including SOC2 Type II certification and GDPR compliance, are crucial. The platform effectively bridges the gap between on-site and remote attendees, ensuring a cohesive event experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twebcast?

I find the feature adoption for new updates can be slow sometimes compared to other products. Managing video content, especially tracking it from uploading to publishing, can occasionally be tricky. For beginners, the platform might seem a bit complex due to its enterprise-level tools which sometimes need significant training to master fully. There are some limitations with customization in specific areas despite strong backend management. Like many webcasting platforms, it might face technical challenges like audio/video lag and buffering if the network isn't optimized for high-bandwidth streaming. "Feature-Rich Solution for Engaging Virtual Events"
What do you like best about Twebcast?

I use Twebcast to manage and host interactive virtual and hybrid events like webinars and live streaming sessions. It helps me engage audiences through features like polls, chat, and real-time interaction. Twebcast solves challenges like managing large-scale virtual events, ensuring smooth live streaming, and maintaining audience engagement. What I like most about Twebcast is its ease of use and all-in-one platform for managing virtual events. The interactive features and reliable streaming make it easy to engage audiences without technical hassles. The interactive features like live polls, Q&A, and chat keep the audience actively engaged, improving participation and overall event experience. The reliable streaming ensures there are no interruptions or technical issues, allowing events to run smoothly and professionally, which is important for client-facing sessions. The initial setup of Twebcast was quite easy and straightforward, with a user-friendly interface and clear guidance, making it simple to get started without needing much technical expertise. Our team switched to Twebcast for a more reliable and all-in-one solution, offering better engagement features and a smoother experience for both organizers and attendees. What do you dislike about Twebcast?

While Twebcast works well overall, there is room for improvement in customization options for branding and user interface flexibility. Additionally, enhancing integration with third-party tools and improving analytics depth would make it even more powerful for managing and evaluating events. It would be great if Twebcast could further enhance mobile experience and add more advanced customization for event layouts and branding. Introducing AI-driven insights for audience behavior and expanding integrations with CRM and marketing tools would also add significant value for organizers.
