Tweak Reviews & Product Details

Tweak helps web agencies, freelancers, and developers manage the complete client website change workflow, from request to resolution. Clients can click directly on elements of a staging website to submit change requests without installing an extension or creating an account. Teams receive contextual tasks, assign developers, and coordinate fixes using their existing tools or AI agents through MCP integrations with tools like Cursor and Claude. Clients can review, clarify, and approve completed changes. Tweak also helps agencies manage ongoing client retainers with monthly request limits, request classification, and structured change approvals for out-of-scope work. This gives teams better visibility into client requests, smoother collaboration, and more control over ongoing website maintenance.
